Thanx, .........Dave on the side pivot of the backrest, there is two retainer clips that holds the pivot shaft in the U shaped slot. you just have to push that clip away from the seats (outwards of the car) and pull up the back rest. remember you'll want the backrest unhooked from it's anchor for this step. once you unhooked one of the seat backrest, you could just pull it away from the other one. the pivot shafts are slid into place into each other. cheers! Scania
Thanks, I'll give it a shot. so it doesn't sound like you pull the clip out just pry it outwards ? I've already broken 1 so this might be Fun. Thanks Again, .........Dave

Even so, I'm able to reuse it as I don't know if that's a part that can be purchased by itself.
Matty Moo
I'd rather slam my dick in a door hourly for two days straight than take out another set of rear wagon seats. They're a bitch. Pulling the clips is the easy part. Getting them separated in the middle is the hard part. It helps to have two people.
Scania
Got the clips out, but I'll be damned if I can get the back's to budge. Do you pull the clip side up first & then pivot the center out ? ..........Dave
