Most importantly it is a very shitty thing when someone leaves their end of the deal unfinished.

Secondly, we, as sellers have responsibilities. Mainly getting paid for X item sold, that being said you walked yourself right into this one. If you ask for it chances are you're going to get it. Period, bottom line.

Not picking sides here, just posting my experiences

He asked about purchasing a rear sway bar from be in early october. I said yeah that offer is fine. Initially I couldn't ship it til the next week so i told him to wait on payment. After I was ready a few weeks passed. He stayed in contact and payed just a few days ago. He said he was in a tight money situation, and as a college student I fully understand that, When he paid I shipped it. I wouldn't say it was a bad transaction. It was drawn out but who cares. Generally in the real world and item is given to the buyer when the item is paid for.

Be smart people don't ship parts on promises to pay. Don't send paypal gifts, and 99% of the problems VS'ers are having will disappear. The only people I have given parts to without receiving money first are members I consider friends. I also have their Home address and cell phone numbers

edit VS needs a buying and selling guide for Dummies. Protect yourself ppl the buying and selling practices going on, on VS are just asking for members to be ripped off. It's literally taking candy from a baby. Don't place good faith on someone that you have met over the internet. Or met once before.

Just PM'd him back about this situation. I send so many payments monthly with Paypal that they thought it looked sketchy and put my account into an 'under review' status for a while. Now, my payments are capped and they are monitoring everything. I PM'd him just now about this and am sending payments to him via Paypal as much as they are letting me at a time so we can get it done and move on.

I apologize this took so long, but I did transfer the $130 I owe you from my bank account to my Paypal account when I said I did, and thats when things started getting reviewed and questioned by Paypal.

Screenshots dont mean shit here. These are the EXACT same excuses/responses he gave in the thread on Turbobricks. Check it out.

No screenshot is required to know he's full of shit. Even if his paypal WAS disabled, he lived close enough to drive by and give cash in person. There is no excuse for this.

He had told me he was relocating to some place else not long ago so I don't even think he is local to me any more..thus needing Paypal. This is why I am dealing with it with him. I sent him a first payment already and notified him of such.

Yep, full of shit.

And lazy.

You don't think? You couldn't even be bothered to ask him where he's at so you can deliver the money (or mail a check)?

There is no other possible way to send money? I saw in the Turbobricks thread (10 pages of explanination on how you're full of shit) that you deffinitely know of and have used other ways to get people the money they are owed. Start being honest, and stop acting like a sewage pump.
