Oreo931
He had told me he was relocating to some place else not long ago so I don't even think he is local to me any more..thus needing Paypal. This is why I am dealing with it with him. I sent him a first payment already and notified him of such. You know how I know you haven't changed, and WON'T change? Because you are STILL making excuses. You have NO valid reason for waiting FOUR MONTHS to pay for something. It's completely obvious here that you blew off your obligation to pay. Bmx regularly contacted you through various methods and you gave excuse after excuse after excuse. Finally, after you were "exposed" here, what do you do? Make ANOTHER excuse. If you were man enough, you would admit that you fucked up and were completely wrong. You would admit that you acted like an asshole. Instead, you are still acting like a child and making excuses for your mistakes. It's really pathetic. Grow the fuck up. Not even three weeks ago you made this post on Turbobricks in the feedback thread about your transactions: Believe me' date=' all of my transactions from here on out are top priority for me. I have changed the way I am doing things[/b'], and shipping parts immediately (within 12-16 hours). I can post tracking information anywhere for any parts sold. You're full of shit. volvo940tuner
As far as selling things, that is indeed my new policy. If I get payment for something, I am shipping it same day, as long as its not a personal check (which I'd have to wait to clear). As far as buying, yeah..this was a disaster. I had met up with him..good guy. He helped me load the bumper into my car and all was well. I brought it home and stored it, and I admit time passed and I completely forgot about owing him money. Between my forgetting about the whole transaction and my Paypal honestly being on/off, this was dragged out. I admit I messed up our transaction and I wish I could have sent payment earlier. I am taking care of this with him now, and still waiting to get a PM back from him to make sure we're on the same page.

volvo940tuner
What else do you want me to say, Adam? I am working out payment arrangements with him and thats that. Why not? Don't trust people to follow through? No, I do..I've just receieved a personal check before for an item that bounced after I shipped it and it was a mess with my bank.I am actually going to call Paypal now and see what I have to do to remove the sending limit. I will report back.
volvo940tuner
Just got off the phone with Paypal and apparantly that payments sent as "payment owed" are not subjected to my sending limitations. With that said, I have sent the remaining $105 I owed him, making $130 that was total owed completely paid off and done with. Need a screenshot? NEU
I've got a suggestion on how to show you're trying to change your ways. How about paying him 4 months of interest.
volvo940tuner
and how is one to calculate what that'd be?

Fudge_Brownie
I'd say find some average of personal loan APR's or Credit APR's, then you get hit with some late fees too, since this was a late payment and an overage, as it was not an approved line of credit. bmx9854
Wow, it must be a miracle!! He has FINALLY paid me. Something must have properly motivated him ;)
volvo940tuner
My current credit card APR is 12%. For four months, that is 3% of a balance in interest. For a $130 balance, that means $3.90 in interest was racked up, plus any late fees.
