850T5M
So I bought my car about a year ago knowing the horn didnt work. I tried plugging them in, and they wouldnt shut up. 1 year later (this afternoon) I finally installed my horn repair kit. Removed the wheel, replaced the connectors, blah blah...plug the horn/battery and nothing works I checked the fuse, its good I checked the horns with a 12V battery, they work I tested the connectors in the wheel with a continuity tester, they're all perfect There's a spring contact that connects behind the wheel that gives power to the horns, I removed the whole wheel and cleaned the ring and the main contact...still nothing Im lost :S Is there anything else that can possibly be wrong with the horns? Is there wires I can follow under the dash maybe?
850T5M
NVM I found the problem. After having the horns disconnected through a winter full of snow/salt, the contacts on both horns and both connectors weren't making contact... I finally have horns!! lol

RyanVee
When working on the horn...does the center of the wheel just pop off?
T5power
When working on the horn...does the center of the wheel just pop off? huh? the steering wheel? there are torx bolts on the back of the wheel you have to remove in order remove the airbag, to fix the contacts/work on the horn for the wheel
