Just wanted to let you guys know about my experiences with them. I purchased a retrofit kit and some CCFL rings for my 850. Its all been sitting for awhile due to other car issues, but I opened up the CCFLs and found a defect. Disappointed of course, but one quick phone call and and email with picture evidence cleared that right up. DIdn't even have to send in the defect. Now, that is Customer service! I ordered the "value" version which is said to have a scratch or manufacturing defect and I couldn't tell if anything was wrong with it. I think that the finish on the premium ones are slightly better is all there is to it.
