Could be the temp sensor/thermostat. Most people on here won't be able to help with your model though, you may have better luck finding out your problem here.

Overheated or low coolant? It might be as simple as filling the overflow bottle.

Thanks guys,I have opened the expansion and running the engine to take out the air,it worked perfectly but after some time now it's not moving at all one's in some days i don't start working by itself,am thinking wire loose but i couldn't find it.any idea how to diagnosis the loose?I have caliper issue also but i think i can fix the temp gauge easily while am using the car.And any idea where the central lock main brain is located?I am trying to upgrade it to remote key less entry, which i bought from eBay,it says i have to connect it on the actuator on the driver side door but i couldn't get wire for the power,i gave power from the tape and tried the remote it works for all doors except driver one,so am thinking if i attach it on the central lock main brain, everything will be fine but i don't know where it is.Thank you very much in advance.Any idea will be helpful.

The 440 is FWD, so this is probably the wrong forum, and I obviously wouldn't be of any help, especially with an Renault engine which I've never even seen a picture of. Otherwise if the temp gauge is showing you over heating, it sounds like it might be instrument or an sensor failure, possible wiring harness issue; or as suggested, if it's an idiot light, and if there is a level sensor in the reservoir, you might just be low on coolant.

There are a number of people on tubobricks that might be more familiar with this car: http://forums.turbobricks.com/index.php
