Ihatespeedbumps Posted February 23, 2011 Report Share Posted February 23, 2011 Fine, if your real concern is "thread hijacking" from a question of fixing broken electric windows to a modification of the window mechanism (which you and I both know it isn't) - please delete my post and I will put a new thread with the question. My real concern is that majority of your posts are unconstructive whiney thead jacking posts. These cars will get 1 window switch replacement in their entire life, I hardly thing that constitues retrofitting manual windows at an extreme cost if the parts are even available. Guest dingley00 Posted April 24, 2011 Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 correct, i cleaned off the contacts, and they are getting power. there's a clicking coming from the dash area whenever i press down the contact. is there a relay or something under there?
