I think my favorite part of our PMs was when you said that what I was saying was correct. So basically, to recap:

I said one thing, which you quoted and said was completely incorrect and then said 15 other things to show how much you know about nutrition.

I said, uhhh, I agree about your 15 tthings, but the one thing I said was still correct.

In a PM to me, you tell me how the one thing I said is actually correct, just leaves out a lot of info.

So what exactly are you trying to prove man? I'm seriously confused here. If you think my statement is wrong, provide articles. If you'd like, I'll start providing articles, blogs, sites, etc. that back up what I'm saying.

Dude, again, with the BS assumptions. I'm 27. How old are you? I also am OCD about what I eat and how I eat. I also exercise on a regular basis, and compete almost every weekend. What does this have to do with my one statement that you think is wrong? Quit with the misdirects and the strawman arguments, and tell me how this one statement is wrong:

To lose weight, you must consume less calories than you burn.

If you continue to think that's a false statement, you should really consider returning your degrees. You said in a PM that you can't have a civil conversation with me. Stop with the personal jabs, and I'd love to have a civil conversation. But you can't expect to throw jabs and not have them thrown back.

So let's try again. Looks like you want to do it in public, since you replied again to this thread. So, please let me know why you think my statement is wrong.

Not trying to get into it again, just even more confused. I thought we were doing it in PMs, until you quoted me in this thread again. So are we done in here or not?

I was actually hoping Bobby would buy an SM, and then I was going to move it all to the Nutritional thread. The catch though is that the time-stamps are all off now, so it'll merge inline with the convo we're having over there right now. I guess it can go to Ot. EDIT: meh, just post more pictures of yourselves.

How'd you loose it?? Diet change? Exercise?? I've slowly gained about 15 lbs over the past 10 years and would like to shed them. I've tried salad for lunch, diet dew rather than regular, was running 3 miles every other day.... nothing works :(. I'm sure drinking beer doesn't help but I don't see giving that up anytime soon.

I'm 6'1", 215 lbs, would like to get back to 200 minimum.

I was also limiting myself to 1800-2100 calories a day for the first 2 months, that made a HUGE difference
