gdog
would you sell me your single din gauge pod then? email me please timpanama28@gmail.comYou can fab your own out of 1/4" plexiglas; that's what I did. Sand it with it like 200 grit to get it to smooth, but matte, finish. Then paint with satin black; looks almost factory IMO. BTW I've seen others fit 3 gauges in that same single DIN space.https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3qgcehwq887wz3x/AAATPi3fXce5dzsw8-sJ08cCa?dl=0 Edited September 17, 2015 by gdog
timturbo
do you happen to have any more photos on your battery setup?
lookforjoe
Had a nice visit with Kristian at his shop this Sunday past while picking up the fenders and bumpers from the XC parts car. The Snabb development lab is great - and they are always looking for ways to refine & improve the products. Unfortunately I was a little pre occupied with my engine knock/oil consumption and the prospect of driving 230 miles home :(.

Sorry about your car!! do you happen to have any more photos on your battery setup? I will get some for you! Meanwhile just got the rest of the interior parts in. Waiting for the headliner material to arrive later this week.
Brad850
let me know how much of a difference that makes! Thinking about doing that too.
sconeman
It makes an inccredible difference. I've gone a little overboard perhaps and probably have 1.5 boxes of dynamat in my car but for me it's worth it. More progress on the interior. I had the headliner done in a charcoal that's about the same as the door panels. The 2000 trim is darker so it should look good. I wanted it to be a little different. Check out the old VS new liner pics! Tomorrow I'm hoping to figure out what's wrong with the sunroof. It only vents now and won't go back.. before it was working fine

Tommy.
I really need to redo my headliner as well. Mind sharing what and where you got the material? And what adhesive you used to put it on the board? Edited September 30, 2015 by Tommy. Because mobile sucks so bad
gilber33
Fabric stores will carry a headliner material and a 3M spray adhesive works well. That's what I used. Biggest PITA is cleaning all the crap off of the panel before putting on the new material.
corivus
I feel like I'm going the reverse of you, I had the interior all done, now I'm moving to a M conversion after going nearly all snabb for everything else
sconeman
Get rid of that tan dash! Otherwise looks great man :)Oh yeah of course, I have a black dash console etc that's going in soon then I'll get some proper pics. Probably will get to dash and evaporator next week then hopefully I'll be done with the interior. I really need to redo my headliner as well. Mind sharing what and where you got the material? And what adhesive you used to put it on the board?I ordered 3 yards of charcoal headliner material and when it came in I just brought it down to them to glue on. It's been raining for 2 days now and I'm out of garage space! It was $200 for the farbic and the installation of the fabricFabric stores will carry a headliner material and a 3M spray adhesive works well. That's what I used. Brad850
Kristian you should fiberglass the whole back side of the dash as well as all 4 mounting tabs. The dash in my red car is so solid now I can't believe it. I've realized that the metal strip method does almost nothing as the tabs just break inside of them. Also when you say box.. is this the one you're talking about?http://www.amazon.com/Dynamat-10455-Self-Adhesive-Deadener-Xtreme/dp/B00020CB2S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1443655247&sr=8-1&keywords=dynamat

ryan850-t5
Looks awesome Kristian! For sound deadening, don't forget to use closed cell foam as well. That's what really helps with the noise cancelling.
