jl2
I have been researching the location of the antenna connection (for Sirius radio) on the 2007 S80. Does anyone know where it is? On the back of the CD unit, or someplace else? Thanks.

jl2
Hey, thanks for the reply. I know where the antenna is, I need to know where the cable connection is so that I can attach an antenna converter box to install my own Sirius head unit. Thanks again. jl2
So I finally installed my own Sirius antenna and head unit. I used the standard Sirius magnetic antenna and slipped it under the fabric rear shelf (it sticks to the metal shelf just fine). I ran the antenna cable under the rocker panels and the front carpeting and out just under the console and then up along the flexible gooseneck mount that is next to the passenger seat. Did the same thing with the power supply (I installed a switched power cable from the rear cig lighter and ran it under the console). Since Sirius requires the transformer in its cig lighter plug, I just connected a female cig lighter receptacle, ran a ground wire, taped and tucked the whole shebang under the console tunnel, and voila! Short of a Volvo/Sirius set-up through the stock radio (about $500, thank you very much), it's about as good as it gets. And I don't have pay Sirius $75 to swap my lifetime subscription, either (you only get 2 swaps before the "lifetime" subscription dies.
