Instead of having one person run it, the previous winner's job is to run it and pick the next month's theme. They post a new thread for attaching submissions, after the deadline (maybe 2 or 3 weeks) they gather them and make a poll for the voting (for a week or so). Whoever wins starts the next thread with the next month's theme. We'd just need someone to start it off and maybe have a mod sticky the threads until the deadlines. And if someone wins but doesn't start the next thread he gets teabagged. That'll last 5 months tops. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
