Slater
Any of those cars wagons? How useful is one for back seat viewers (i.e. kids in car seats)? I'm trying to justify getting one for my 850 wagon to use for my own enjoyment but obviously my daughter would want to be able to see it from the back seat otherwise the wifey won't go for it...- Slater
Veneficus
Before I decided to go with the laptop heres what I was going to do Travis.Alright my cheap(er) idea.Get an old xbox w/ broken case off of ebay so its super cheap. Get a dc converter (200 watt maybe...) Take out the glovebox and stick the guts of the xbox inside of it. Make a nice plywood cover to fit over the hole and then make a matching leather cover --- kind of like what benw did to his doors. Do this all so there is nolonger a glove box door. Then you have all the game ports on the front of your car. Then just wire the xbox up to however many screens you want around the car. Run the audio to your headunits audio in and bam --- you have good sound. It shouldn't cost you more than $200 for the xbox if you have f-glassing stuff. IDK but I think that would kick my jerk. Then he had two screens in the rear headrests. (which is the optimal place for screens for rear seat (child) viewing) Jesse's got a PS2 in the trunk.. uhh.. lets think.. I think the xbox in the glove compartment would work great, or possibly under a seat somewhere.. or.. oohh.. how about cutting out a panel for the xbox under the rear seat of a sedan? Mine lifts up pretty easy, and you could cut out a nice lil rectange for it. that would be so cool...

You'd be cutting out half the back seat :P
