T5wagon1717
Hey. I have halos with hids. Hids are awesome. Halos, cool, but you can't really see them with the headlights on, and I always drive with them on. Plus I have tinted halos....for te money, I'd run $60 55w hids
Fake-R
They're worthless. They're meant for halogens in the first place. They usually fog up, and you're lucky if the projectors, let alone the high beams are aimed right. There is no aiming the light what so ever. IMO, I would have never bought them if I knew they were such POS's.
Black Betty
I liked the light output. I never had any issues with the aim or any fogging issues. I bought them second hand from Oreo391 and then sold them to another member as well. I used 5000k 55w for the lows which was still kinda blue to be honest. I sold them because I didn't like the look on the car.
lengendsecko87
Projectors are poop. like Fake-R said, they're ment for Halogen's, and paired with HIDs they don't produce a very good light spread. They're good if you can seal them up and put your own projector in them like I did. Worlds better look and performance once I was done.
lengendsecko87
Oh, and our cars look kind of funny without the orange side marker on them.
bfrance
For a counterpoint on this, I've been pretty happy with mine so far. Granted, I've only had them in for a short period of time, but the light output with a 35 watt 5k kit is amazingly better than the stock lighting. Also, mine were adjustable for the beam both horizontal and vertical, so I was able to get them aimed pretty well using the projector aiming how-to linked off of this site. Much better light output than stock and I haven't had a single person flash me yet, so they must be aimed pretty well. Long term we'll see how they last, but with the HID kit I'm happy so far. -Ben
