RyanVee
I feel that way about autocrossing. I used to do it in my modified 65 Corvair every summer and it was a BLAST. Someday when I have one again I'll likely do it again. I wouldn't mind having an older Volvo to autocross either.

T5wagon1717
14.3 is pretty darn good for a first time. Better than me. What are your mods?

From the time and trap, I doubt there's much of anything done. Solid numbers, that's enough to surprise all sorts of cars! :)
leet5r
the car has a 16t with white injectors and a decat , and a mbc set at 15 psi , for some reason the car will not rev past 5.5 rpm either , with a better reaction time a think she could make 14.1 or 14 flat
850wagonT5
What was the 60' time? Or, if you are on the other side of the pond, the equivalent number in bloke terms? Yes, I would think a 14 flat is certainly do-able. Not sure of your fuel, elevation, stuff like that - it all comes into play.

850wagonT5
Did you dyno it? Curious where you got the 278hp. Well, dynos don't tell you crank HP anyway - though, with a 16T, 3" full exhaust, 97 octane and a manual...I could see it getting in the ballpark of 278-ish crank HP (probably somewhere around 240 @ wheels).
