VolvoRine
Hey guys so my door behind the passenger side got locked and it will refuse to open, I even tried to grab the pin of the lock with pliers and pull it to get it free but still the same... any suggestions?? Thanks
Justin R32
I'd pull the door panel off and see if something came loose or is broken.
VolvoRine
can you still pull it out with the door locked and not opening?
Bah
Good thread to go through... Your saying that the pin itself wont go up or down, and is just stuck? If your actuator is somehow fighting against you, it'll be dead by the time you fix it anyways, so i highly doubt that's at issue. More likely something has gotten stuck or broke inside, although who knows. Take the rear bottom seats out, should help you have more room to maneuver to get the screws undone since it's stuck shut....IT CAN be done with the door shut, but it's just gonna be a PITA. Take it apart is your best bet.....if you forced it unlocked then something probably broke along the way anyways. Good luck!

I'm gonna go through it, and yes, the pin itself got stuck in lock mode, it won't go up at all, and I have to disassemble the door panel though Thanks
