atefitty Posted June 12, 2011 Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 I just finished replacing the water pump on a 02 S80 normally aspirated motor. The water pump removal was a bear. I ended up breaking up the plastic that surrounds the timing belt pretty good. The bottom portion that secures the front cover on the fire wall side specifically..I even removed the RH side motor mount to try to get more space between the RH panel and the water pump. And yes I removed the pulley and harmonic balancer. What am I missing to get this pump out without breaking everything in the process???? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
