boxpin
I finally had some time to get the cruise control going after my manual swap. I figured it would be an easy job to pull the cruise control relay and remove the 3T pin. I did so and took it for a spin...no cruise control. Could I get some direction on where to look next? I only have the vacuum switch on the brake, not one on the clutch arm.
lookforjoe
That's (the cruise module pin) the only thing that inhibits the cruise functioning, so something else must be off. The clutch pedal switch is not necessary - the system isn't like the old ones where the rpms' would shoot through the roof if you had a bad clutch pedal switch. I'd recheck your module under the battery tray, make sure the vacuum line from there to the firewall is intact, and that the electrical contacts are good. Also, just check the fuse!
