JimLev1 Posted August 8, 2011 Report Share Posted August 8, 2011 A while ago I had a problem with the alarm going off all the time and the RR passenger door not locking or not unlocking all the time. I replaced the door lock assy and all was fine for a few months. The door locks still work fine but I keep getting a message that the Alarm System needs service. I can also smell a faint odor of burnt resistors or other electronic parts. The siren no longer works, all fuses are good. I'm sure you have UEM codes 0004 and 0005 stored In case your wondering what happened, there is an internal battery in the siren module.
