Vintage weekend has killer cars...I love the old Trans-Am cars and the guys who bring Can-Am cars too..Haven't been there in a long time. post pics if you do get something together! I had a press pass in 1989 to an IMSA race there (remember the "Grapevine" news paper)..got to get in the pits in the heyday of GT series racing..the Geoff Brabham Nissan..the Jag..Porsche 962s..The glowing white Rotary turbo Mazdas...IMSA was the $hit. GTU and GTR were cool too...Can-Am cars are SICK..~1500hp, rules were basically unlimited. Racing used to be so much better...cant wait for pics. wish I was going!! I am not sure if I can make it up there but either way I will see if I can get some tickets at a discounted rate. P.S. where were you at Auto-X at the shops at ithaca? there were 4 Volvos there!!! only 3 raced (I have a vagina).
