I hit the curb on that wheel at roughly 25mph during the snow storm when I first bought the car. It only have a small bend with no crack or rupture. Wheel is still straight and I still keep it as a spare but never had to use it yet....LOL. Had to replace the control arm though for that incident. Chilled man Posted November 2, 2011 Report Share Posted November 2, 2011 I end up with more bent and crack 18" pegs then any other wheel I have had. - well minus the 0z ultraleggaras those must be made of butter I thought pegs sucked because the came on the worst Volvo ever made? Ghost Shadow Posted November 3, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2011 pegs suck when...this was a set that was straightened, these were bent before i got them. the metal might have been compromised before on this wheel thus causing the failure.
