They have non adjustable lumber pads on the seat cushion underneath. The seat backs are adjustable though. 2. Mounts are completely custom made units. A good buddy of mine has a bridgeport in his garage with some kind of micro measuring device as well as every tool know to mankind so we made them in his garage. Messed around quite a bit to get them perfect. 3. These seats are actually Bride "seconds". They are/were made by Bride, but didn't pass their "quality control" for whatever reason. Now when I say "quality control" I'm refering to their strict cosmetic requirements which is why they don't have Bride all over the front of them. Sometimes I wish they had it though...other times I like the clean look of them better. I have some Recaro speed seats in the 850.
