maxman142001
Looking at a local car tomm. And curious if there is anything specific aside from etm issues to look for on the 2000 models?
Keaton85
Pretty much the ETM, but that's not a hard fix.... everything else you can treat like the 850 to some extent.

JRL
There was a white/tan back East a few years ago (NJ then PA) 1st and 2nd owners were both woman and just impossible to deal with. Keaton85
Also, need to add that the 99-00 models seems to have a cat. efficiency fluke. More so with the 00 in my opinion. The computer is extremely sensitive to the cat. efficiency having to do with how the O2 sensors are reading the voltage drop between front a rear. No other volvo models have this as prevalent as the 99-00. It's not extremely common but a major PITA depending on your situation, cost wise. Keaton85
Why are you guys freaking out over this? Yes it's rare but a 98 is pretty much the same and to many it's a better year. No real benefit.. I have a 98 V70 T5M you can come and drive home, without ETM failures!
