FAST850R
Hello, I have OEM Volvo roof racks on my 850R. Since I put them on, I hear wind noise on freeways. I really want to reduce this noise, then someone told me that a fairing helps to reduce the noise. Can anyone tell me from experiences of it? Thank you. Che'_Moderator
Night and day difference. Even more so when you have something on the racks,
Fake-R
I've never take my fairing off, but it seems like it works well.

FAST850R
Ok, I just found one on craigslist, and I met up with the seller. The fairing looked tiny on my car. He said that it's 40" but it seemed shorter. I ended up not buying it. So what size is the correct size for our 850? 48"? The seller also said that it's a newer design so the each edge parts were some kind of rubber, instead of whole plastic piece. Is this design better than older model? Thank you. Brickbox8398
I'm also wondering the same thing, what size fits our cars? (I'm assuming the 850 fairing is the same size for the S70).
FAST850R
I think at least 44" because the one that I saw was either 38" or 40, and it looked small on my 850.
kalvin
I have a 48" Yakima fairing currently. Fits perfectly IMO.
