lanza850
I lost my driver's side headlight lens to a minor collision and purchased a cheap replacement. It came with a rubber seal and metal fasteners. Does anyone know what type of adhesive needs to be used for this job? Any miscellaneous advice for the installation is also gladly welcomed. Thanks!!! WhiteT5
The metal clips can be removed with a screwdriver and pushed back on by hand. The rubber seal should keep moisture out by itself, but if you want to be safe, you can apply some thick silicon very carefully on the inside of the seal where it meets the housing. It really is simple to do.

The only reason why I ask is because when I was removed the old rubber seal and lens to prepare for the install it appeared to me that the remaining broken shards of the lens were attached to the seal.
