You are getting a vibration when the car starts to make power under boost. Just going from experience here but check your CV joints specifically the inner on the passanger side. When it fails you get a vibration under boost or more so actually when you start to make power much as you barely discribed. I replace mine about every 2 months on my Volvo as they just don't hold up.Then again I run cheap axles because they are free to replace.
