ALso how do I get the damn thing wired? If the company I'm looking to install sez they dont make an HU for our cars how do I get the proper wire harness adapter? TIA. Your Pops loves you. TRACStar Posted January 22, 2012 Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 You have to cut the rails out, I used a hacksaw blade. For the harness just get the adapter for your car, no double din will have a Volvo application on the list because it won't fit unless you cut the rails. Pops Racer Posted January 22, 2012 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 Ohh, nice harness. The HU I picked out is nothing especial. I just wanted something with a good Ipod interface with no extra BS. Tho it does have a pre out fer a Sub, so thats cool. No BT, HDR, XM needed.
