850T5M
I should be receiving my ARD Green tune today (super excited), and I was wondering if I should install my AC Delco BCS or keep running the MBC? Basically, I've driven the car for 2 years almost with my Hallman MBC, never had any problems (except for the massive amount of wheel spin I get in first and second gear). I'm currently running a RICA Stage 1 for a 19T, and gonna be throwing in the ARD Stage 2? 16T tune...should I let the computer decide what boost it should be running at what RPM (aka BCS) or do I keep my MBC? Should I run them in parallel? I know this topic has been raised a few times already, but I would like someone fill out this diagram for me as well lol, I really dont know how to connect this BCS. I have stylin vacuum hoses, so none are colored...where do 1,2,3 go?
B Mac
Not sure which hose goes where because I have a profec B. I would let Lucky's tune control boost for you though.
850T5M
Should I also connect the MBC with it? Or should I just test her out with just the BCS? (I've never driven my car with the BCS lol...) Someone let me know where the vacuums go! Thanks
Dan A
You don't want to use the mbc inline with the bcs. Use one or the other. Personally I'd stick with the bcs.
850T5M
I just spoke to Lucky, he told me to stick with the BCS for a while... Can anyone hook me up with the connection spots?
850T5M
Maybe this will help someone out, If I blow in #2, I get flow out of #1 If I blow in #3, its sealed.
SlapShot
Fairly certain it's this way. I ran one awhile back. EDIT for clarity: Silver port (you marked 1) : (Volvo marks RED) --> Compressor Housing Directly opposite Silver port (you marked 3 / comes with filter on it) : (Volvo marks BLUE) --> Turbo Intake Pipe Offset port (you marked 2) : (Volvo marks YELLOW) --> Wastegate Just so you know, you have to flip the polarity of the connector. I did this with a pigtail like Hussein did in the past. See his pictures below.
