rbodor3 Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 My climate control unit is bad, not sure what (my VIDA doesn't have access to the wiring schematics). 01 S60 without STC or heated seats - can I just buy any used climate unit and swap out, or do I need to match my p/n on the back? 9452369 on the blue sticker. JetMech Posted April 15, 2012 Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 My 01 V70 doesn't have the winter package (heated seats) and I swapped a CCM from an 01 S60 with winter package. rbodor3 Posted April 15, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 15, 2012 Perfect, same boat for me (no heated seats) and I just purchased one that does have heated seats. I actually also removed the front fascia of the CCM and saw that the buttons for the heated seats are still installed on the non-winter CCM's, just covered with a hard plastic cover. So I would imagine you could retune with DiCE and VIDA, install heated seats, and voila have winter package haha! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rbodor3 Posted April 18, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 didn't work. The AC never turned on, the rear heater defrost, rear seat headrest release, valet lock, none of them worked. The blower would work, and the air directional buttons and everything lit up but that's it. The blue sticker on the one I bought it 8682932 The blue sticker on my original is 9452369 Anybody know if I can just get it recal'd at the dealership?
