Simply Volvo
Hello! Just thought Id share what subwoofers I have. I just purchased 2 X 12" Kicker CompVR (aluminized) DVC @ 2 ohm. I enclosed them in a sealed box. I have a kenwood KAC-729S powering them (600 watts). They really hit hard and sound incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high performance budget subwoofers. I got the entire setup for around 270 dollars. If you have any questions on my setup feel free to ask. Also the amp in that picture isnt my KAC-729S. Thats a pioneer 760 watt.

Modus
Agreed, as everyone has different designs. I finally got rid of my pair of tens in a 34"x12" foot print to one 10 in a 13"x13" foot print. Space.... It was becomming a jam to take the wifes car to the air port to pick up relatives because I couldn't fit luggage in the trunk. :glare:

b0n3mast3r
No rattle the only rattle I could find was my lisence plate and the exhuast shield under the spare tire location
prasamin
No rattle the only rattle I could find was my lisence plate and the exhuast shield under the spare tire location good to know....do you have some sound deadening material under the panels and in the tire well? and if you don't mind me asking, what is the depth of the subwoofer? i've got a JL 10w7, and it's deep....i'd like to eventually build something into the spare tire I have and still be able to close the panels over it....but looks iffy with the 10w7
