JOY!

text me brotha

Check your phone!

So it is both high and low beams?

What all is included with the kit?

The kit comes with 2 Bi-Xenon projectors, and 2 billet aluminum shrouds (pictured below). Also includes instructions and mounting hardware. Uses a true Bi-Xenon projector that provides both high and low beam from the same unit.

Requires an H1 HID kit which you can get from VVME for $36. The one pictured above is a VVME 35W 6000K kit, and I was very pleased with the packaging, quality, and accuracy of color temp.

I don't have a cart on my website yet, so I am taking all orders through email/paypal. PM me your zip code and I can get back to you with a shipping quote and my paypal address.

Thanks Robbie!

I'd highly recommend pairing these with some euro spec corners!

Black housings could easily be accomplished by painting the chrome parts of the housing black; and AFAIK ccfl angel eyes can be fitted to anything, and there is more than enough space to fit them in this setup.

Looks awesome. I'd like to see how they install (do I have to hack up the housings?). Then I'll be ready to buy.

Can you source clear lenses for these?

You do not have to hack up the housings! You only need to remove the copper bulb retaining ring, and drill a small hole for the high beam solenoid wires. I am still working on the instructions, but the install boils down to this:

-disassemble headlight

-remove copper retaining ring and drill hole in reflector

-insert projector into bulb socket and tighten down lock nut

-press shroud into place with small dab of adhesive

-re-assemble headlight

-install HIDs

I do not have clear lenses for these. I really like the OEM look of the stock lenses, and they do not impact performance other than creating a slightly less colorful cutoff, so I decided to go that route. In addition, clear lenses would have bumped the price up to $385. I'm sure you already know this, but if clear lenses are something you are seriously interested in, the lenses from the first iteration of aftermarket "jewel" headlights for 850's will fit on the stock housings.

Nice work Rye man! I do find it funny that putting these in X70's and everyone bitches, but slap 'em in 850 housings and they're suddenly skeet-tastic!

Regardless...I've said it before and I'll say it again. Rye is the man for putting these together. The output on these is phenomenal and the other day I finally drove up next to a TL at night. Color temp (at 4300) was exactly the same but my output and cutoff was better than his. Food for thought...
