I don't think I've ever seen those before, but based on the picture it looks more like genuine MHI than the "no name" Chinese ones you find all over ebay. Also, the secondary blades on the Melett one look to have the same slightly cupped shape as genuine MHI. At $78 I would give it a try!Just found this as well: http://www.melett.com/turbocharger-parts.php I would be inclined to trust parts from these guys more than ebay parts of unknown origin.
