Wiring Problem (Radio, Obd2, Courtesy Lights, Central Locking)

Hey guys,

Ever since my dad had someone change the dash bulbs I've been having electrical issues with my 850. The radio fuses kept blowing out and the courtesy lights stopped working. I changed the ignition switch, and the problems went away. Now, after driving it for 2-3 minutes, the fuses blow, normally #32 (Audio System, Remote Controlled Central Locking System), and the radio stops working as well as the courtesy lights. Most important to me though, I'm not getting power to my obd2 connection, and I would really like to diagnose the issues my car is having. I've also been having an issue with my central locking system, but I don't know if it's related. The dash switch will only unlock the doors, not lock them. Also, I cannot program a key fob. I just ordered two kinds on fleabay but neither will connect. Any ideas? I could really use some help. Thanks in advance.

My first guess is that a wire got pinched when the dash went back together.

I have a bad feeling that you won't lick this without taking a LOT of things apart.

So a buddy of mine decided to throw in LED lights in my dome light (crappy ones as they blew out) and I changed the fuse to see if they worked and now my radio is working fine. The new problem, the doors (especially the drivers door) randomly lock and unlock when I'm driving. And I still can't lock my car with the switch on the dash. Any ideas? Also, for reference, the door open chime doesn't stop going off, but I pulled the fuse to shut it up.

I replaced the central locking relay with one I bought on fleabay. Before, When I would press the lock button on the dash, nothing would happen, it would only unlock the doors when I pressed unlock. Now, it unlocks fine, but the doors attempt to lock when I press the unlock button, although none of them fully lock. Any ideas?
