We’ll probably have to limit the size of the group to 25 or so. If you are planning to come, please let me know soon. Also, I need to know if you will be doing the Go Kart thing. Please let me know. Descriptions below: February 12st – Tech Session – The Pit Stop Brisbane. Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Includes barbeque lunch. The Pit Stop is owned and operated by Raffi Vassil and they do restorations, race preparation and general repair on really great and rare cars. We’ll see a Talbot Lago under restoration and see other ongoing projects. Raffi works on Bill Thomas National Champion P1800E and did the modifications to Bill’s S60R. Don’t miss this one. Pit Stop is located at 130 Industrial Way in Brisbane. If you are coming please let me know at lcordner@pacbell.net so we can get an accurate count for lunch. NO CHARGE March 13th – Go Kart Shoot out #5. Lemans Karting in Fremont Sunday morning at 10, be there early to fill out liability forms, get your helmets, etc. We’ll have the track to ourselves. This is an indoor facility so the event will go on rain or shine. Last year John Winslow prevailed in a hard fought second main event and this year everybody will be out to beat him. Pricing isn’t certain yet but will be in the neighborhood of $60 per person. You’ll get plenty of seat time and will go home tired. Lunch follows. You must register and pay in advance.
