oprahhwinfreyy
So I'm finally upgrading from stock wheels. This will be my first time buying new wheels. I have an S70 with stock ride height and suspension. I'd really like some wheels with lips, but I don't want to do any extreme fender rolling to get anything to fit. I'm alright with buying spacers and all that. 17" or 18". Preferably 17". So basically im asking what are some nice wheels with lips with a 5x108 bolt pattern and a cooperative offset. Never heard of the manufacturer but as i said, im pretty new with wheels. these are 5x108. 18x8. doesnt say offset but tirerack says they fit with a recommended tire size of 215/40/18 after some research i really dont expect too many wheels to have lips and a 5x108. but about 99.9% of you know more than i do. so i trust what you guys say. oprahhwinfreyy
Anybody have a photo of the snettertons on an 850 or s70? i really like them. with prices were talking $707 for 17" and $867 for 18". which is a huge difference when i still need to afford tires. would 17" look to small because of the amount of spokes? Im seeing 18" on Golfs and such and they look awesome. but with a almost $200 difference between the 18" snettertons and 18" bremmers. id go with the bremmers. 17's, in my opinion look the best on a s70. Ol' Dirty Noodle
Oprah I say go with the ones in your OP and just make some custom volvo centercaps for them...I dig what you did with your bumper I may have to steal that idea when I do my front mount because I have to cut the bumper a bit and its going to be a black fmic... don't worry tho I drive a first gen S40... it is silver though
RZT5
Picking wheels is hard, I can't seem to find any I like for under $1000/wheel. Gonna be rollin on Peggies for a long time to come Look into forgestar.com, great value for the money. They aren't true forged wheels, but they are flow formed which still puts them way ahead of cast wheels. You can get them in 5x108, and 18s run ~$360.
