Well finally my car is running great, i have just 150 miles on the engine and about 100 on the clutch or less, here is what i see and need some ideas of where to check.

Idle vacuum -16-17

idle vaccum with A/C on -10

vaccum at normal driving and realese the gas pedal -20-25 most of the time.

Seems to me that my idle numbers needs to be at least -20 at idle. I have already checked tcv lines, turbo lines, manifold-boost gauge T, etc. Seems that i have a leak somwhere but im trying to thing where else i need to check.

Thanks!.

will try to make something similiar cause i dont have any tool to make the smoke test.

If you have a smoke machine I have an adapter I made to connect to the turbo inlet.

I don't think it's unusually low but certainly check for leaks and then you may want to look at your intake cam timing since it is adjustable. (presuming 01 replacement engine) Having said that I do get about 20 inches at idle in my 850 that have a 02 HPT engine.

I made this on the cheap... pvc and autozone. Clamped post MAF, add air and used a soapy water spray on the hoses, elbows, etc.. Some say you can load the intake pipe with cigar smoke for visuals, but I didn't bother.
