Stoked! I always liked your show threads. Looking forward to seeing what you're going to do on this one.

Is the link active ? I came up as broken when I clicked it.

I'm sure you will be seeing more of those show threads again eventually. Although I'm thinking more about kill videos in the near future.

cool, chicks with high heels again threads.   , get that thing back on the show circuit.

welcome back.

I miss the car show days, skimpy dressed girls on volvos really makes me happy.

Damn, your wagon is amazing. Can't wait to see the built motor all finished up too!

Thank you! I can't wait either.

I was actually wondering what happened to you/your car a couple days ago.

Welcome back, car still looks fantastic.

I'm back finally. Thanks for thinking of us.

nice job on window vents, head also looks nicely worked over

Ah, you mean tints. Yes they are rather dark and sinister R'ent they.

Beautiful Car, looks like a nice engine build too. Your only a few hours away, it would be great to see the car in person when its all done.

I'm going to be so happy to drive it I might just drive to you when it's ready.

Your 850 is very nice, the rims are really beautiful.

Thank you, I'm pretty sure those rims are the most expensive thing on the car. I love them! Although after all the problems the level ten transmission might compete in the cost department.

Would make a for a good drive to come down the coast. Hopefully I'll have mine up and running soon, would love to hit up some shows with you.

Looks like an awesome drive, I am down as soon as the motor is broken in. Should be soon.

More info on the trans ? I need to get rid of my yellow T5R & get another 855R, hopefully white this time.

.............Dave

Hi Dave,

I did a write up on my Trans experiences just for you and anyone else interested. Take a look in Performance modifications forum to read it.

Best,

Ben

Some more progress on the motor for those who are interested.

Custom modified oil pan with baffles and added capacity.

Custom Oil Drain and water feed/return lines for the Garrett turbo.

I personally think this is the cleanest aftermarket turbo plumbing I have seen on an 850. Cj Yother is really outdoing himself on this.

Are those EGT ports on each runner?

Yes. Although unfortunately they don't do me much good not having capability to tune each cylinder individually. The manifold came off an s60R race car and was ported and customized by Cosworth.

If I run into problems they could be helpful for diagnostic purposes if that becomes necessary down the road. Still, it is kind of cool to have them.
