Got to peak at it also with survolvo....CJ's fab skills are amazing. We all win with this car. The Volvo community needs a car like this built, every so often, to remind us to push the envelope a bit. Thanks Uber855R!
I appreciate the kind words, Cj really made this project come together nicely. We finished most of the details yesterday and I'm fairly certain the beast will come to life today.

It looks very very close. Where should I meet you for a ride?
You probably want to wait until I get the motor tuned. Give me a week or two.

Any updates?

The beast is alive. It sounds so smooth and runs beautifully. Started on the first try, no leaks, no real issues. I will post the video of the first start when I get on a real computer. I have never heard such a smooth sounding Volvo engine. Tomorrow we fix a couple minor things to make it road worthy, break in the tranny, then off for an alignment. I can't wait to see how this thing does with boost. But I will wait.

It has been a long couple of days, but the car has burned a whole tank of gas, got an alignment, and blown off a charge air pipe. I'm exhausted from running all over the place fixing up the car. This thing sounds so nice, the turbo spool in vacuum sounds like a gentle whine, the bypass valve a wispy flutter, the exhaust note a nice low growl. Still going easy on boost during break in, <5 psi feels very strong and just makes me want moar! Looking forward to laying on the power, and since a very nice certain someone was kind enough to share his tune, I can probably be making some awesome power output as soon as Cj gives me the go ahead to let 'er rip. As soon as I'm home I will upload some more pics.
