Oil Feed Line And Manifold Gaskets W/turbo Swap?

Hello all,

Installed the 15G on my 2000 S70 AWD back in July 2009. Replaced the manifold gaskets at the same time, but re-used all hardware. Some studs came out with the nuts, but they were reinstalled together as they came out and all were torqued and rechecked a few days later. Have sometimes heard a quiet ticking noise, usually idling in drive-thrus and such. I would think that, if the manifold gaskets were leaking, it would have become worse over time. It hasn't. Will be pulling the turbine housing again soon, as I plan to swap from the smaller angled housing to the larger angled housing. Should I pull the manifold again and replace them (with new hardware this time), or am I just being obsessive? Car had approximately 125k miles then, has 158k now...

Othe question is, do I replace the oil feed line while I'm in there? Have heard that they should be replaced periodically due to internal blockage, but the car has had Syntec every 5k since I bought it (in 2005 @ 48k miles) and I always try to let it idle after every drive. I've never had a turbo problem with the car, either with the original 13T or the current 15G. It IS a fairly cheap part ($30 or so), just looking for opinions on whether to change it or leave it go ;).

Thanks in advance for any insight,

Joe
