Scania Posted November 9, 2012 Report Share Posted November 9, 2012 Did an engine swap putting a 2.3 HPT into a 98 V70 2.4 LPT. After I got rid of the old motor & acc the owner asked me for the old injector's, intake man & throttle body. Saying all 3 would be an improvement on the 2.3 HPT motor. Claiming the 2.4 injector's would add 10hp to the 2.3 motor. (supposidly per IPD's web site) I'm curious if it's worth throwing a set into my 00 VR . And no none of those parts from the 2.4t would be an improvment on the 2.3 hpt, infact the injectors would be a downgrade.
