wizzard_al Posted November 17, 2012 Report Share Posted November 17, 2012 Depends on the year. '01 to ? 2.4 LPT will be 83 mm bore, 90 mm stroke. '01 will be 139.5 mm rods, starting in '02 they went to 147 mm rods. 143 mm rods are ONLY for the 93.2 mm stroke engines, which were the B5254Tx engines, starting in '03, I think.. lookforjoe Posted November 19, 2012 Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 Go with 147mm & have 83.5 mm forged pistons made. Just feels better than the 139mm/longer skirt setup.
