I'm really still stunned how they manage to kill 12 people... when their guns are only allowed to carry 3 rounds. It just... doesn't add up. It just... doesn't add up. When the criminals is on only person with a gun in the gun free zone, they can have a single shot break action and a pocket full of shells, doesn't matter.
