The same ridiculous overreach of the ATF, using a law against AP handgun ammo to ban rifle ammo against the intent and wishes of the people who wrote the law, has already banned two varieties of cheap comblock surplus 7n6 5.45x39 and M43 7.62x39 we used to get, both with mild steel and lead cores like M855.
