I could do everything the typical weightlifter does to bulk and I would put on maybe 10 lbs but the maintenance of that would be a total PITA. Believe me, I've tried it. Jelly you wouldn't believe the dirty looks and jokingly nasty remarks I get from women. It has slowed down at little in the last few years but even when I was in my 30's I could eat and eat and eat and it wouldn't make a difference. But Alden's right, I eat basically grains, veggies and protein. I get pissed at my girls and my wife because I'll buy a quart of ice cream and when I go to have some a week or two later I can't understand why it's all gone. I rarely snack. I know I know... shootings near a school create insta-hype... insta-fear... etc. You seem very confident that guns are the issue... but fail to address the problem with our society being filled with assholes. Why don't we ban assholes?? People are going to have differences... and this sounds like it they are going to take what ever means necessary sometimes to exact what we would both consider to be a tragedy. What if he had beaten the guy to death with a baseball bat? Don't tell me "well then someone could intervene" or "it would take so long cops could respond." If I was after you with a baseball bat, humans would do what they always do... cut and run. Mike... I know if we hung out, we'd probably be bros. I just seriously fail to see your logic on this issue... outside wanting to point at every time someone's being an asshole... which isn't mutually exclusive to gun violence.
