People like Mike think there's very little benefit to keeping guns around. They don't get you to work, they don't cut your steak, they don't open boxes in a plant. Putin has found a use for guns. A 23-year-old man was shot in the arm about 1:05 a.m. in the 700 block of North Green Street in the River West neighborhood on the Near West Side, News Affairs Officer Janel Sedevic said. Someone drove the man to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released. After leaving the hospital, the 24-year-old driver returned to the area where the shooting happened. About 1:30 a.m., the driver was himself shot in the elbow in the 900 block of West Chicago Avenue in the Goose Island neighborhood, police said. I figure the weather has a lot to do with the lower numbers this year. People are in doors more. The good thing with the scopes and sights are less bystanders are hit do to the added accuracy.
