michael-s70 Posted January 14, 2013 Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 like the title says i ditched the girlfriend, moved from Texas back to new mexico and bought a P2 R. Its my first S60 and my first R , she has 122k and spotless interior, need i say she puts my x70's under the covers. I'm glad i inspected the car myself and knew not to trust it for out of town trips yet, by the third day the trans blew the front pump seal and left me stranded at 1:00 am leaving a friends house on the highway... this R just needed someone who knows how take care of it. luckily being a volvo tech this wont be to much work for me. I'm taking the car back to the transmission shop and will be assisting (showing) them how to fix it right the first time and not slap shit together. overall the car doesnt need much besides a proper trans rebuild, trans breather hose and HU850 headunit. Heres the kicker, they were asking $12,500 for the car without TTL. @ the end of negotiation i paid $7,500 for the car with TTL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
