Matt01
What toe specs do you use on your car? These are toe specs before, it's been 2 sets of tires now and the outside always wears as if they were too inward. 1 season = worn front tires outside What do you guys think I should do? By the way the cars dropped about 3" from stock (850 AWD)
Yea-but...
Try going to a different alignment shop? if that doesn't work, try putting the toe 'out' but not ridiculously so. I'd say eyeball it, but its so minute and fine that that's nearly impossible.
Matt01
I've had 2 alignments on this car so far, with the same results but they put it to "spec" and obviously that's not what I need with the lowered suspension.

burnout8488
What I don't get is why a shop will allow the car to leave with the rear toe so different. Nobody ever takes the time to dial it in. Does your car drive straight with that alignment?
Matt01
ya, I've had it done at different places, but now I have a guy who I trust he'll do whatever I say regardless of what the system says to do. That's not my most current alignment sheet, I cant find the most recent one. the rear wasnt done on that one, ignore it. Regardless the front is similar on my new one. For the front toe like .0? burnout8488
The toe out spec of ~.18deg on each side is correct, Volvo intends for the front to have a little toe out. I'd have them reduce it a little if you're having tire wear problems, but don't zero it out entirely. You might lose some steering snappiness if its 0'd on both sides.
