They annoy the hell out of me. I prefer sitting outside and drinking good beer. I don't like driving fast. Most people annoy me. And I'm a hipster. When I'm in other people's cars, drivers who cannot keep a consistent speed annoy me. Sometimes when I'm organizing something like items for display on a table/shelf or graphics on a document, I have to get it at the absolute "right" position and can spend a good few minutes moving something back and forth a couple of millimeters to get it at that right spot.
