Bov.. What Psi Does Yours Go Off At?

Recommended Posts

20" vac ;)

It shouldn't ever "go off" while under boost, only when you let off the throttle.

That being said, ussualy 2-3psi is required to really hear it, depending on make ofcourse.

NP ;)

Now a wastegate, thats a different story.

I have a cool clip of one of our Porsches in a straight. You can hear the wastegate going off. At 50psi it sounds like a very pissed off chipmunk even over the engine and tire noise. I may still have it and will post it.

mine goes off around 9 psi, and if i let off slow, then it never goes off, i have to quickly let go of throttle, but thats because of the 5 washers i have in

but not with my next bov  :P

What, did you blow up your TurboXS one already? :P
