KS70T5M
I'm almost certain you all will say replace all 4, but I wanted to make sure since I'm new to AWD and the rest of the tires just have so much tread left. Let me know if I have any other options. Thanks.
Keaton85
You can get tires shaved frome tirerack. Or if your within spec then get a new one. The older AWD is 3/32 aloud difference but with the newer AWD it might be a bit more. Must be same make and model tire as there can be differences between make/model. Paisley Pirate
Here's a way of thinking about it: (and btw, I agree, get the same make model of tire for all 4 corners) The rolling diameter on our cars are not as picky as say a Subaru... but even so, a Subaru can take a lot more than most people recommend. The big question is, how long until the next one fails? And the next one? If you are at say, 5/32.. you are at the point where they are going to start being nail magnets, and much more likely to get damaged on a speed hump or anywhere else they take a hit... (less tread to cushion the blow) And think about this: This is a high performance vehicle. It is capable of deep 3 digits... you want to have the best tread available on the ground to hold your car on the ground, and not have to worry about it. James A Sousa
Many old fashioned tire shops have a selection of take offs. I got one for one of our 740s that was an exact match for my damaged one. New tires can be shaved down to match older ones. Have a real tire guy look at your tires - they see stuff you and I miss.
