LOL.

Regarding my act white/akrite statement - I was just fucking with you, Gary. ^_^

Seriously though, I'm questioning the girlfriends story. Did you hear the 911 tape? "You broke my table!" "You broke my sunglasses!" Wuh?!?

Most people that I know would have been far more hysterical about the fact that he allegedly aimed a gun at their face than the fact that he allegedly broke some glasses or a table.

Looks like the powers that be have decided there needs to be a role reversal for good ole George... he's now being painted as the thuggish one. That's Karma for ya...

Hey, when you finally get around to having that beer with George, you might want to consider advising him to consider laying low for a while. Oh, and while you've got his ear, you may want to explain that whole defense fund concept to George too, since it's clear from the information posted on his website that he doesn't quite grasp that concept the way you and I do.

And tell the fucker that I said "Hi" too.

He owes me a beer? So thats two of you that owe me beer. Which is going to pay up first? ;)

PS- Paypal got 8k? Damn

No - don't you remember saying that you'd buy him a beer?

Damn - you are getting old.

So your saying you dont owe me a beer? Getting old? I have been getting old for some time. I wouldnt buy Zim a beer. It appears he can buy his own (minus the paypal fees of course.).

In all fairness, you do post a lot and usually have the last word. It bugged me for awhile until I didn't care anymore.

In the politics forum? You're right, I do have strong opinions and I express them. Is that not the point of politics? To debate and discuss seeking points of commonality and determine the means by which whose views of government will prevail?

You wish I was a fairy. You would love nothing better then to rub up against me. I see how you look at me. Longing to touch me. Following me around the internets is the only way you can feel close. You try to play it off so it doesnt seem so obvious. Its ok Alain. Everyone wants. ;)

Fairy? looks like the phone had a mind of its own and the proximity of the buttons made that error happen. That's hilarious!

Yeah, I imagine its easy as hell to blend back into society and return to normal life when you were falsely accused (he was found not guilty) of murder and financially and emotionally ruined. I am sure everyone of us would be a little bitter.

Meant to +1 you Gary, my b

Times have changed. This is what your old ass had to say back in July when your man-crush was in full bloom.

... Open letter to GZ, if you come to Georgia, beers are on me.

As far as us having a beer, this is what my old ass said back then:

...

I could see us hanging out having several beers - what did you think that I meant when I mentioned the male bonding?

...

First round is on me.

While I understand your just lashing out, I cant disagree that more people should akrite. You come from the city that would benefit the most from this.

Let's unpack this statement a little further Gary. So you're saying the whole reason Chicago's death toll due to gun violence is so high is because you have a bunch of knuckle draggers running around the city? Am I reading you right or no? I wonder why they don't akrite?

It's not due to the living circumstances in which they are born? The lack of a father in the home for the vast majority of them? The lack of a decent education due to the seriously troubled nature of the Chicago Public School district? The crab like nature of the young people who surround them and pull them down from aspiring to better lives? The gangs that have grown up to provide the security and sense of belonging they struggle to find elsewhere? The serious lack of opportunities for local employment? The displacement that happened in the last 20 years as previous government housing (Robert Taylor Homes and Cabrini Green) was torn down and gentrified and the existing social connections were destroyed?

While Calhoun's concept of behavioral sink in relating the effects of overpopulation among rats and relating it to close quarter living in cities was often misunderstood, the point of it all was population density within a defined area has a detrimental impact on behavior of the inhabitants facing other stressors once the population nears a tipping point. Territorialism takes over and this leads to regular acts of violence.

Hmm. And I just thought it was because we lived in CHIRAQ.

I guess Chuck was right. I've been here to long. Time for me to move back down south.

I dont know enough about the cause to form an opinion. Knee jerk for me is that city government should share in that blame.

Where did you live in the South?

I lived in Sumter, SC for six months,Columbia SC for a year and Stone Mountain, Ga for 7 years.

Worked at SunTrust Mortgage as a Regional project manager which meant that I spent a lot of time in Macon, Warner-Robins, Augusta, Rome, Gainesville and LaGrange

Oh, and Columbus too

My wife thinks the same thing. Except it's her reaction to the cold winters that draw this out.

True. But you have to remember, we're talking about Chicago - the land where politics is a ram it down your throat and rob you blind endeavor.

I would be so happy if my community could ever successfully secede from Cook County as has been attempted more than once.
